The arrival of Horizon Meets gives Forza Horizon 6 another busy stretch of content, with new rewards, a temporary 7-Eleven Car Meet, fresh EventLab possibilities, and more reasons to keep a varied garage ready. The Festival Playlist begins on October 8, and the combination of weekly restrictions and new vehicles makes preparation more important than simply chasing the highest performance rating. A flexible supply of Forza Horizon 6 Credits can help support that process, especially when several different cars need to be tuned for completely different purposes.
The 2025 BMW M4 CS is one of the most attractive targets in the new series. It arrives as an 80-point reward and already has the kind of specification that makes it immediately useful. With 543 horsepower, AWD, and an S1 733 stock rating, the car can handle fast road events without requiring an extensive upgrade session. That does not mean the stock setup should be ignored. Driving it before modifying anything gives a useful baseline for deciding whether additional upgrades actually improve the car.
A good first test is to take the M4 CS through a route containing both fast sections and medium-speed corners. Pay attention to how quickly it settles after braking and whether the AWD system makes corner exits predictable. If the car already feels stable, adding large amounts of power may not be the best investment. Improving braking response or cornering grip can sometimes produce a more noticeable improvement over an entire lap than a substantial horsepower increase.
The 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH is almost a perfect contrast. Its 200 horsepower, FWD drivetrain, and C 455 stock rating make it much more dependent on momentum. On narrow roads, that can actually make the car more engaging. A driver who enters a corner too quickly will have fewer ways to recover, so braking points and throttle control become important. Rather than treating lower-class cars as inferior versions of high-performance machines, they can be used to sharpen driving habits that remain useful when moving into faster classes.
The new series is also an excellent opportunity to organize the garage around specific event types. Instead of owning several cars that all occupy the same performance class, build a selection with clear roles. One can focus on road racing, another on drift, another on mixed-surface driving, and another on high-speed circuits. This also reduces the temptation to completely rebuild the same car whenever a new Playlist restriction appears.
The Festival Playlist rewards this kind of preparation. Alongside the Prelude and BMW, the series includes the 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT, 2004 Saleen S7, and 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327. The 1973 Lamborghini Espada 400 GT is also available through the Series History reward after reaching 1,100 total Playlist points. Because the rewards are spread across the four-week series, players have a reason to keep returning rather than finishing one set of objectives and disappearing until the next update.
There is also a practical advantage to completing several different activities instead of repeatedly grinding one race. Festival Playlist objectives can often be combined with normal exploration, racing, car collection, and creative activities. A player might complete a road event while progressing toward a seasonal target, then switch to a Car Meet, photograph a new vehicle, or explore an unfamiliar road before starting another event. That variety makes the weekly routine feel less mechanical.
The temporary 7-Eleven Car Meet adds another reason to leave the standard race routes. Located in the Nangan region, the themed location provides a meeting point for Convoys and a distinctive backdrop for photographs. Bringing the 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH there also contributes toward the “Please Visit Again!” Badge. Small objectives like this are easy to overlook, but they are useful reminders that Horizon's world is designed for more than racing from one checkpoint to another.
EventLab creators have even more room to play with the 7-Eleven theme. The new props can be used to construct roadside scenes, custom meeting areas, or completely different event concepts. Because the creative tools can turn a familiar road into a new challenge, a newly acquired car can be evaluated in situations that do not exist in the standard Festival Playlist. A slow classic might become entertaining on a technical custom route, while a modern supercar could be tested on a long high-speed EventLab course.
The 1970 Citroën 2CV Treasure Car offers yet another change of pace. Instead of simply completing a menu objective, players receive a clue and have to search the world for the vehicle. Treasure Hunts are particularly enjoyable when approached without immediately relying on an external solution. Looking at the clue, identifying possible landmarks, and driving through likely areas gives the open world a stronger sense of purpose.
New engine-swap combinations also encourage more ambitious garage projects. However, a swap should always be treated as the beginning of a build rather than an automatic upgrade. A larger engine may add considerable power while changing the weight balance or making traction more difficult to manage. After installing a swap, it is worth testing the car before buying every available performance part. If the vehicle already struggles to put power down, adding even more horsepower can make the problem worse.
For road builds, tire grip and braking should generally be considered alongside engine upgrades. A car that gains substantial power but cannot slow down effectively will often become harder to drive, especially on mountain roads. Similarly, an AWD conversion can improve traction but may change the vehicle's feel enough that the original handling balance disappears. The best builds usually come from making several small decisions that support the intended driving style rather than maximizing every available statistic.
Horizon Play is expanding by 200 levels in the new update, which gives regular players another long-term progression path. More vehicles are also being added to Spec Racing, providing an alternative for people who want competitive driving without spending a large amount of time developing a custom tune. Spec Racing can be particularly useful when learning a new car because it lets the driver understand its basic behavior before modifications begin.
Drift players have their own reason to keep practicing as well. Drift Attack is now a permanent feature, and its scoring system rewards maintaining controlled slides across a route rather than simply generating a large amount of wheelspin. That makes throttle control, angle management, and route selection more important. A powerful car can produce impressive numbers, but a balanced setup that remains predictable through a long section can often be more rewarding.
The broader lesson is that credits are most useful when they create opportunities to experiment. Buying a car is only the first step. The real value comes from taking it into an event, changing the setup, testing a different class, trying a new route, and eventually deciding whether the vehicle deserves a permanent place in the garage. U4GM can provide a convenient and relatively affordable option for players who want additional flexibility in that process, with safe service and straightforward delivery making it easier to focus on the game itself.
With Horizon Meets combining new cars, Festival Playlist rewards, Treasure Car exploration, EventLab creativity, Car Meet activities, and additional progression, there is plenty to spend time on without reducing Forza Horizon 6 to a simple race-and-repeat routine. Players who want to prepare several builds while keeping their resource planning under control can also buy FH6 Credits through U4GM, then put those resources toward the cars and upgrades that make each new event feel different.
